Viton O Rings

FKM O rings are Generally FLUORO CARBON  called VITON as per DUPONT trade name. These O rings are Molded From Family of VITON A  , VITON B , VITON GLT, VITON GF depending upon the fluorine content in the polymer FKM/FPM copolymer [VITON A]  o rings are suitable where very Good

Compression set resistance is required along with High Heat and Low temp  -15c upto +200 c . FKM/FPM Terpolymer [VITON B , VITON GF] O rings are Suitable for excellent Fluid / solvent /oils  and aggressive chemical resistance in high heat with low temperature resistance of -20c upto +200 c compression set is good to fair as compared to VITON copolymer.

FPM/FKM GLT – is special Low Temperature resistance rubber from -30c upto +175 c for  resistance in chemical / solvent , Heat in low and high temperatures.

Suitable for all aliphatic,  aromatic and halogenated hydrocarbons, acids, animal and vegetable oils.

Avoid polar solvents, amines, anhydrous ammonia, SKYDROL, Hydrazine and hot acids, Ketones, low molecular weight esters and nitro containing compounds.
